rates work

We’re committed to fair, honest and transparent pricing so you know what you’re getting yourself into ahead of time. Nobody likes cost surprises.

The chart below shows how our pricing functions for standard maintenance and repair work.

Complete new-home builds and larger commercial projects & arrangements will require custom estimates based on the specific needs of those projects, which we will work with you on establishing before any work begins.

FAQs

When does billable time start and end?

Billable time starts from when we leave our yard to get equipment for your job including any travel. Billable time ends after completing the job once we have returned to our yard after restocking or dumping.

Is there a minimum charge?

→

Yes. All bookings are charged at a minimum of one hour + vehicle charge for travel.

How do callout fees work?

→

For Standard Hours, the callout includes the first hour of labour. For After Hours, the callout includes the first hour, with extra time billed at the after-hours rate. On Public holidays, the callout includes the first hour, with extra time billed at the statutory rate.

Do you provide quotes?

We can provide quotes but if we predict the work to be under $500, we prefer to finalise the charge upon completion, with any costs given being strictly estimates.

how can I keep costs down?

Give us as much detail as possible when booking. If we know the problem before arriving, we can bring the right parts and tools to save time on site. Photos are the best way to give us a good idea of what is going on.

What are your payment terms?

Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, progress payments may be required.

Do you guarantee your work?

→

Yes, with some conditions. If something is not right, we will put it right. We stand behind our work. Our workmanship is guaranteed and all products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

What if I cancel a booking?

→

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may incur a cancellation fee.

Do you offer credit accounts?

→

Credit facilities may be available for regular commercial clients by prior arrangement.
